Student Housing Business: Campusville Adds Seven New Maintenance Employees

Southfield, Mich. — Campusville, a Farbman Group company, has added seven new maintenance employees to support its growing student housing portfolio. The maintenance team will be led by Dustin Sible as maintenance supervisor and includes James Ashley, Paul Baumgras, Matt Edwards, Brendan Hook, Charlie Weiss and Jeremy Whiting as technicians. “Adding these talented individuals to our team marks a significant step in our efforts to enhance the residential experience at our Campusville properties,” says Andy Farbman, CEO of Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group. “Their expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the quality and comfort of our student accommodations, aligning with our vision of creating optimal living environments that support academic success and personal growth.”
